The DuraTap™ was built to succeed where others fail. This heavy duty shaker has an aggressive orbital throw and uses a lift hammer rod to break up and reorient particles on the sieve surface. No need to purchase an “accessory pack” of repair parts like similar sieve shakers. Advantech has engineered the DuraTap™ with wear-surface parts made of industrial strength rugged steel and alloy materials to withstand the everyday, harsh duty cycles our customers demand. Grease fittings are provided to prolong the service life of your bearings. Each unit is “burned-in” guaranteeing performance right out of the box.
This unit is ideal for use with aggregates, sands, cements, chemicals, powder metals, cosmetics, grains, seeds, coal, soils, coffee, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and many other dry components in pellet, ground, granular or powder form.

With your requirements and budget in mind, our 8″ and 200 mm or 12″ and 300 mm sieve shaker units are designed to succeed where others fail. Gone are the days of needing to buy “accessory packs” of repair parts for expected breakdowns like other sieve shakers require. The DuraTap™ rotary sieve shaker doesn’t use typical plastic and wear-surface parts. This industrial-strength aggregate and laboratory sieve shaker is engineered with rugged steel and alloy materials ready to withstand the everyday, harsh duty cycles. Grease fittings are provided to ensure longer life for your bearings. Each automatic sieve shaker is “burned in” by continuously running it for over 4 hours, guaranteeing performance right out of the box. Our large inventory allows this unit to ship the same day your order is placed.

Conversion Kits for the DuraTap™
Kits are available for customers who want to convert their existing unit to accept either 8″ or 12″ sieves. No need to incur the expense of another shaker. Simply unscrew 4 bolts and loosen 2 hex nuts.
